The process typically takes 7 business days for the Business Registration to be finalized by the Secretary of State. After your business name is finalized, the other additional services should take up to 3-5 business days. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Yes, you’ll need to provide basic information such as your business name, address, and personal identification details. This will be discussed via Zoom after the payment is received.
